About the Exam: Staff Selection Commission-Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff Examination is a national level exam conducted by SSC for recruitment of candidates in Group-C non-gazetted departments and offices of the Government of India.
The exam is conducted through two papers – I and II. SSC MTS Tier-I is an objective test conducted in online mode in bilingual pattern (English, Hindi). SSC MTS Tier-II is a descriptive test conducted in offline mode.
SSC MTS Tier -I Exam is a computer-based test with a set of 100 MCQs from General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, Numerical Aptitude, and General English (25 questions per section)
Marking Scheme: Exam is of 100 marks; 1 mark is given for every correct answer and there is a negative marking of 0.25 for every incorrect answer.
Exam Duration: 90 minutes (1.5 hours)
